Testimonials
Cushman & Wakefield
I recently took over the Houston market and have the pleasure working with Melinda and your team. I wanted to give thanks to Melinda and her team on the work they completed last night at San Pedro. The prompt response of the team exceeded my expectations and the hard work from Melinda was very appreciated. I am grateful for Melinda and value our partnership. Thank you

THANK YOU very much for your excellent service. I know it’s not easy working in these weather conditions and cleaning is a very thankless job, but your team really is one of the best I’ve worked with across the country. Everyone is so positive and works so so so incredibly hard. I really appreciate the customer service and attention to detail. I always say it, and I mean it - I wish I could take you guys everywhere with me on tour. Thank you again!
There was a misunderstanding about the time but they quickly remedied the problem. They were thorough and worked quickly. I would use their services again.
They were polite, on time and worked very hard and did a great job. My carpets look fantastic. I little pricey but I do have a large home so I understand.
The cleaning team was friendly and professional. They tackled the job with purpose and attitude to get the job done right and up to the standard of the client. The team was not afraid to ask questions when in doubt of something. If something looked important the team would come to me and ask for the disposition. I would recommend this serviec to anyone in need of a cleaning service without hesitation. And if by chance I need any further service within this area again I would definetly rehire VeriClean Janitorial Services, LLC again.
My regular cleaning company was a no show. VeriClean was very prompt and was able to jump in and do the job right away. Thanks Janna.
Was contacted by company prior to scheduled appointment advising that some equipment had been stolen. We rescheduled. Two technicans arrived promptly at scheduled time and completed work in a timely matter We are very satisfied with their work. We would use VeriClean again and would recommend them to others.
Janna and he team did a PHENOMENAL job! Everything was done over the phone in the space of one day! They let themselves into a vacant rental that was TERRIBLY stained and dirty and the carpet came out beautifully! All who have seen the job were thoroughly impressed.I paid over the phone and am very happy with the entire transaction! Thanks VeriClean! I will use you again.
They were prompt, polite and did a good job of cleaning my bell exhaust hood. What a great way to have work done....
They were on time; did a good job of cleaning the windows; and did a great job of refurbishing my screens. The screens were brought back early the next morning as they promised. The two men were very professional and courteous. I have already recommended them to others.
I hired Vericlean for blind cleaning, ceramic tile/grout cleaning and the cleaning of our front porch and columns. I felt very comfortable with Janna and the team she sent to the house. I will definitely contact them again.
Polite and courteous, did a good job. There were areas where the grout had worn thru and it still looked like it was dirty, but he explained the situation telling me the grout would have to be refilled in.
Very friendly and fast service that was done very professionally. My carpets and rugs look like new. They company was very caring as I have allergies and their concern and attitude towards chemicals used with the knowledge of use of the right chemicals can only lead me to saying -- a job well done.
VeriClean was both professional and efficient during our project, the floor has never looked better and we are very satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend VeriClean, in fact I will be having them back out for some additional cleaning in other areas of my residence
